Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PenguinPro Cleaning website (penguinproclean.com) and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a cleaning or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
PenguinPro Cleaning provides residential house cleaning services in Savannah, Georgia and surrounding areas. We offer:
- Standard / Recurring Cleaning — routine maintenance of an already-kept home. Available monthly, biweekly, or weekly.
- Deep Cleaning— detailed first-time or seasonal reset. Required for every new client’s first visit.
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — full empty-home turnover including inside appliances, cabinets, and windows.
- Add-on services — optional upgrades (inside refrigerator, inside oven, interior windows, eco/green products upgrade, and others) available at additional cost.
First visit:Every new client’s first cleaning is always a Deep Clean, regardless of the ongoing frequency selected.
2. Booking and scheduling
Cleanings may be booked online via our website, with start times from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week (the latest available start depends on your home’s cleaning time). For times outside this window, contact us to arrange. Bookings are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., unsafe conditions at the property).
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By booking, you authorize us to charge your card on file per the following terms:
- First visit, standalone Deep Cleans, and Move-In/Out Cleans: a $50 deposit is charged at booking; the remaining balance is charged after the cleaner marks the job complete.
- Recurring maintenance visits (2nd visit onward): no upfront charge — your card is billed the same day the cleaner marks the visit complete.
- Pre-authorization hold: a temporary hold may be placed on your card the day before or day of your visit to verify the card. This is a hold, not a charge, and releases automatically.
All prices are as shown on our Pricing page and in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change for new bookings. Recurring clients receive a 6-month price lock — your rate will not increase during that window.
Frequency discounts: biweekly recurring cleans receive a 10% discount; weekly recurring cleans receive a 15% discount. Discounts apply off the standard monthly base rate.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Free cancellation or rescheduling:cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Late-cancellation fee:cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, or instances where the cleaner cannot access the home (no one home, key not available), incur a $50 late-cancellation fee. This fee compensates the cleaner for the blocked time slot.

5. Satisfaction guarantee
If any area of your home wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will re-clean that area at no additional charge.
The guarantee covers work performed during the scheduled cleaning visit. It does not apply to conditions arising after the cleaning, areas excluded from the scope of work, or pre-existing damage.
6. Photography
For Move-In / Move-Out cleans, before-and-after photos are standard and taken automatically to document the completed work (for your deposit-return documentation).
For Standard and Deep cleans, photos are taken on request or opt-in only — offered at booking, never automatic unless you opt in. Cleaners also take internal quality-control photos on all visits as an internal operations record; these are not automatically delivered to clients (you may request them).
7. Access and safety
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaners can safely access your home at the scheduled time. Please secure or remove fragile valuables and disclose any hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, broken fixtures) before the visit. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or were improperly secured.
Our cleaners are background-checked (via Checkr) and we carry $2M general liability insurance.
8. Referral program
- You receive a $25 account credit when your referred friend completes their first paid cleaning.
- Your referred friend receives $25 off their first cleaning.
- Both you and your friend receive a bonus $50 credit each when your friend completes their second recurring cleaning visit.
Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be applied to future PenguinPro Cleaning services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PenguinPro Cleaning’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning visit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. [CONFIRM dispute resolution venue.]
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
