What does post-construction cleaning cover?

Why does post-construction cleaning cost more than a deep clean?
It is our most thorough, most labor-intensive clean. Fine drywall dust coats everything and resettles after the first pass, so clearing it properly takes multiple rounds — which is why it is priced above a standard or deep clean.
Do you haul away construction debris?
We remove loose construction debris as part of the clean, but hauling away large construction debris or renovation waste is not included, and we do not remove paint, adhesive, grout, or sticker residue. Let us know what is on site so we can set expectations before the visit.
Is the post-construction price guaranteed?
