  • Twilio — SMS reminders and notifications. Your phone number is used only to deliver appointment-related messages.
  • Google Analytics 4 — website analytics via cookies. No PII is passed. Google Privacy Policy.
  • CallRail — call tracking. Calls to our phone number may be tracked for marketing attribution.

4. Data retention
