- Biweekly is the most popular frequency.
- Extra FULL bathrooms beyond the listed count: +$24 monthly / +$21 biweekly / +$20 weekly per bathroom (symmetric — fewer bathrooms subtract the same amount). Half baths are always cleaned free.
- Square footage: each rate includes a typical size (Studio/1BR up to 1,000 sq ft · 2BR 1,500 · 3BR 2,000 · 4BR 2,500 · 5BR 3,500). Homes above it add +$24 monthly / +$21 biweekly / +$20 weekly per started +500 sq ft (surcharge only — smaller homes never get charged extra, and never a discount below the included size).
- Over 3,500 sq ft → call for a custom quote.
- More than 5 full bathrooms → call for a custom quote.

Routine pet hair and dander is INCLUDED in every clean at no charge — the pet-hair treatment above is an optional intensive upgrade.

## Travel

- Free within 20 driving miles of central Savannah (covers Savannah, Pooler, Garden City, Port Wentworth, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Tybee Island, and the islands).
- Beyond that: $1 per one-way mile past mile 20, up to 80 miles (Hinesville, Statesboro, Jesup, Brunswick).

## Policies

- Deposit: $50 at booking for first deep cleans and move-in/out cleans; balance charged after the clean.
- Payment: card on file via Stripe, charged same-day after the clean is marked complete — never before.
- Cancellation: free with 24-hour notice; $50 fee inside 24 hours.
- No long-term contracts. Satisfaction guarantee: report any issue within 24 hours for a free re-clean.
